Connect a Facebook Page to Your Calendar
- Your personal Facebook profile must be an admin with full access to the Facebook page before you can connect it to your calendar. If you are not sure if you have full access, jump down to the Troubleshooting Connection Issues section below for more information.
- If you already have other Facebook pages or Instagram business/creator accounts connected to your calendar, jump down to Business Integration Settings in the Troubleshooting section below before moving on to the next step.
- From a private or incognito browser window, log into your calendar and open Settings.
- Click the Social Profiles tab, then click Connect Social Profile.
- Select Facebook, then Facebook Page, then click Let's Connect.
- Follow the prompts until your page is connected. If you do not see the page you're trying to connect or if you hit an authentication error, please work through the troubleshooting steps in the section below.
Troubleshooting Facebook Page Connection Issues
If you're experiencing difficulties with connecting or reconnecting a Facebook page, please follow these steps to troubleshoot.Reconnect Attempt
Try reconnecting your Facebook Page to CoSchedule using an incognito or private browser window. Within that browser window, have the Facebook page you're connecting open in a different tab.Verify Facebook Page Role & Access
Your personal Facebook profile must have the Admin role with full access to the Facebook Page you're trying to connect. If you don’t have full access, you may see an error such as Facebook reported a permission problem. Depending on how you manage your Facebook page, you'll want to be sure you have the correct access within the Page, New Page Experience, or Meta Business Suite. Business Integration Settings
Confirm that CoSchedule is listed and active in your personal Facebook profile's Business Integrations settings and that all permissions are enabled. If CoSchedule doesn't have the necessary permissions, your Facebook page may not show up as an option to connect or you may see an error such as Facebook reported a permission problem. Remove a Facebook Page from Your Calendar
- Log into your calendar.
- Open Settings, then click the Social Profiles tab
- Click on the Facebook Page you'd like to remove from the left-side menu
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Profile from Organization
