Frequently Asked Questions

How do permissions work?

Permissions in CoSchedule mirror permissions in Google Drive. For example, if there is a Google Doc attached to a Project but your Google profile does not have access to that Google Doc, you will not be able to open it in CoSchedule.

Can I access my Team Drive?

Yes. If you have access to a Team Drive from within your Google Drive account, you will also be able to access files from within the Team Drive from inside CoSchedule.

Why aren't my Google Drive files in my Asset Organizer?

Google Drive files will not be displayed in the Asset Organizer. However, if a Google Drive file exists within a CoSchedule Project, you can use the search field within the Asset Organizer to have it displayed in Asset Organizer search results.

If I update a Google Drive file in CoSchedule, this will update it on Google Drive as well?

Yes.

If I delete a Google file from a CoSchedule Project, is it deleted from Google Drive?

No. Back To Top
