A type of marketing promotional material that is delivered physically to a person’s mailbox in hopes of getting the person to engage with your business.

Direct mail is easier to get customers to engage with than email marketing. Because customers physically handle direct mail and usually look at it before deciding whether to keep it or toss it, direct mail can get more eyes on the promotional material.
